From the Reef to the Board Game: How Kids Are Designing a Future That Regenerates the Ocean

Inside “Thriving Coral”: Where Education Meets Impact—and Play Becomes Purpose

What if your child could help save coral reefs, learn essential life skills, and co-create a board game—all at once?

Thriving Coral is not your typical course. It’s a Regenerative Project-Based Learning (RPBL) journey where kids dive into marine science, game design, and entrepreneurial thinking, then surface with a product that educates others and could hit the global market.

Every child becomes a co-designer of a board game that mirrors the balance of nature, fostering leadership, collaboration, and environmental stewardship.
Every child becomes a co-designer of a board game that mirrors the balance of nature, fostering leadership, collaboration, and environmental stewardship.

And here’s the best part:

They don’t just learn.

They create.

They own a piece of it.

🎯 What is Thriving Coral RPBL?

It’s a transformative learning experience where students:

  • Study marine ecosystems

  • Use tools like ClassIn, ChatGPT, and Google Studios

  • Design a real board game rooted in SDG 14 – Life Below Water

  • Earn AbleNFT tokens representing future profit shares from the game

They learn by doing—and grow through purpose.

💡 Flexible Learning Formats

We know every family is different, so we offer three formats for Thriving Coral RPBL:

  • 5-Day Intensive Online Program (Perfect for school breaks or holidays)

  • 1-Month Program (4 weekly sessions – great for after-school engagement)

  • 3-Month Program (September–December) (A slower-paced deep dive into regeneration, game creation, and purpose-driven learning)

With marine science knowledge and sustainable thinking, kids at Able Camp shape board games that reflect harmony with ocean ecosystems.

🏝️ On-the-Ground in Koh Phangan: ECA Program This Fall!

In addition to the online programs, we’re thrilled to announce the Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) edition of Thriving Coral in Koh Phangan, running from September to December 2025.

Kids will explore real marine environments and blend their hands-on learning with the game design experience, making this program even more immersive and powerful.

🌱 More Than a Game

Through this journey, students don’t just build a board game—they build confidence, leadership, and ecological awareness. They:

  • Collaborate in teams

  • Learn storytelling, marketing, and financial literacy

  • Present their final projects to a public audience

And they walk away not just with memories—but with a share in the future they’re helping create.

🚀 Join the Movement

Spots will be limited. Be the first to empower your child with a learning experience that blends play, purpose, and planet.

Thriving Coral isn’t just about saving reefs—it’s about raising a generation that knows how to design solutions, not just memorize problems.
